具体要求如下：

The copper mine uses steel pipes with carbon fiber lining.  The inner diameter of the lining is 16.6cm.

铜矿管子里面是碳纤维外面一层是钢管，碳纤维内衬的直径是16.6cm

 

·  The pipe, or duct, length is 120Kms.  They need to inspect the entire length and that is why they are asking for the longest range possible for the camera (currently, they have one valve every 3Kms., so if the camera range is short, they may need to drill more openings to lower the camera into the pipe.  If the range is just 1Km., they need to insert the camera 120 times).

 管子一共是120KM长度，需要测试的是整个长度，所以这就是为什么要求单次测试长度越长越好，目前每3KM有一个阀门，所以如果探测机器探测范围短的话，就要在管子上开更多的开口，如果探测范围仅仅为1KM 那就要放120次来测试。

 

·  The pipes are used to carry water with an 80% copper concentrate.  That means small stones with copper are sent with water through the pipe.  I don’t understand how the pipe can be so narrow and still be efficient in transporting the copper, but that is the situation.

·  I don’t know how many meters below ground the pipes are, but I understand the mines are in the mountains and the copper ore is transported to a lower elevation.  Over a trajectory of 120Kms., there must be some bends.

不知道多少米管子在地下，但是矿山是在山上铜矿运输到海拔低点的地方，在120KM的轨道上肯定有弯曲的地方。

 

·  The mine would prefer to have a camera with a crawler that operates independently and travel the entire 120Kms.  It does not need to transmit video constantly, just record the video for review at the end of the inspection.  I do not know if such product exists, since you can only operate the crawler remotely by RF (Radio Frequency) or Bluetooth. Neither can transmit to a crawler underground and over such long distance.

公司更倾向于这个机器可以直接爬行120KM，不需要不停的传输视频，只需要录制好后续检查看。不知道是否存在这种产品。
