以色列公司采购饮水机管子

现附件产品处于研发阶段，需测试各种材质的穿孔管，见附件2D+3D图纸，可以做哪几种材质的手板CNC加工或大货比如玻璃？若可以请帮报价，谢谢

一共需要7款材料（如下），每款材料10pcs的样品，大货500和1000pcs，

1. Nonflexible PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)刚性的PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)

2. Nonflexible PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride)非柔性PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)

3. ceramic陶瓷

4. glass tube玻璃管

5. PVC (Polyvinyl chloride)聚氯乙烯

6. SST With electropolish finish and with Ceramic\hydrophobic Coating不锈钢采用电抛光处理和陶瓷/疏水涂层

7. PC (Polycarbonate) with Ceramic\hydrophobic Coating.PC(聚碳酸酯)陶瓷/疏水涂层

For the hydrophobic Coating: 对于疏水涂层的要求：

a.) Usually 7H hardness (100 absolute hardness) or greater通常硬度为7H(绝对硬度为100)或更高

b.) 0.5 micron thickness 0.5微米的厚度

c.) Highly Hydrophobic Protective Layer against: 高疏水保护层：

• Light wash swirls光洗漩涡

• UV rays 紫外线

• Chemicals ranging from pH3 - pH13 从pH3到pH13的化学物质

• Temperature to 150C温度150度

 

d.) High Glossy finish 高光泽的表面

e.) Water contact angle - 110 degrees 水接触角- 110度

f.) Durability 18 months to 2 years 耐久性18个月至2年

For the Ceramic Coating: 对于陶瓷涂层的要求：

a.) Usually 9H hardness (400 absolute hardness) or greater 通常硬度为9H(绝对硬度为400)或更高

b.) 1 micron thickness 1微米的厚度

c.) Hard & Durable Protective Layer against: 坚硬耐用的保护层:

• Wash swirls 洗漩涡

• UV rays 紫外线

• Chemicals ranging from pH2 - pH12 从pH2到pH12的化学物质

• Tree sap, tar and water spots are easier to remove 树液、柏油和水渍容易清除

• Temperature fom -40C to 250C 温度从-40℃到250℃

 

d.) Gloss & Slickness 光泽&滑溜

e.) Water contact angle 95 degrees 水接触角95度

f.) Durability 3 - 9 years 耐久性3 - 9年
