3. Requirements:

3.1.  This chapter specifies general requirements relevant to all items, the  structure of the items and specific requirements – detailed in Appendix A

3.2. All items will be supplied assembled and ready to use.

3.3.  All items will be high-quality, commercial shelf items. All items will  be suitable for cleaning with soap and water and without wear after  cleaning.

3.4.  All items will be new, without deformations, scratches, cracks, rust,  holes or any other defect that may injure the user or impair the  functionality of the items.

3.5.  The parts of the metal frames in the chairs will be connected by  welding only. All welds will be complete and complete and at an adequate  level of processing without burning material or other defects.

3.6. The metal frame in the chairs will be protected with rust-preventing paint that is resistant to abrasion in regular use.

3.7.  Connectors and other metal parts shall be made of corrosion-resistant  materials or shall be coated with corrosion-resistant coatings.

3.8.  The processing shall be carried out in a manner that ensures the  absence of sharp corners, machining residues and surfaces that are not  smooth or processed as required. The finished product shall not show any  deformations or signs of damage.

3.9. All pipe ends shall be sealed with plugs, without sharp corners/scratches, etc.

3.10. The chair legs shall be equipped with wear-resistant plastic feet.

3.11.  The parts of the item will be connected together as one rigid unit  without any possibility of disassembly except by means of tools such as a  wrench/screwdriver. The items will not be disassembled for transport  purposes.

3.12.  The chairs will be suitable for users weighing 50 kg to 120 kg, whose  height is from 1.5 meters to 1.9 meters, while providing support for the  lower back, knees and calves so that their feet are placed on the  ground. In the aforementioned sitting position, they will not experience  any disturbance or pressure on these body parts.

3.13. Sitting on all types of chairs will be stable, without fear of tipping over or falling.

3.14.  All types of chairs will be stackable for storage purposes. No  additional means will be required for stacking the chairs on top of each  other. It should be noted that there are dimensions and data that are  detailed in the drawing and are not written, and they should also be  referred to.

3.15. The chair configuration appears in Appendix A.

The chair will be constructed of a black iron frame and a hard plastic back + seat cover.

 Seat dimensions 42/20 cm (adjustable +-2 cm

Back dimensions 41/29 cm (adjustable +-2 cm)

Overall height of the chair 80 cm. (adjustable +-2 cm)

5. Packaging:

5.1.  Each item with the following details: Supplier name and delivery date  (month and year). The marking will be clear and durable over time.

5.2.  The items will be supplied packaged in protective packaging. The  packaging will protect the item during storage and transportation.

5.3. The packaging materials will be easily removable and will not leave marks on the items.

5.4. The item packaging will be marked with the item name, supplier details, delivery date and quantity in the package.
